Our family business has been operating in the meat industry for a little over a year. The reason for its establishment can be considered the lack of authentic Polish cold cuts on the Scottish food market. We wanted to create products for ourselves, our families, friends and compatriots that would take us back to the world of childhood with their taste. They would remind us of the taste of real ham smoked on juniper, an inseparable element of Polish cuisine, the aroma of which is associated with traditional and home-made delicacies.
Our mission and goal became the production of the highest quality cold cuts for the Polish community in the region. Initially, we operated on a very small scale, among family, friends and neighbors. However, over time, our company gained an increasing number of satisfied customers, and with the growing popularity, we decided to expand our business.
Today we supply our products throughout the Aberdeenshire area, we are growing rapidly and in the near future we plan to expand the market. Thanks to many years of experience, passion for meat and the use of appropriate technologies and the best raw materials, we have gained recognition in the meat industry and we are constantly expanding our offer with new and unique flavors.
